Rather than trying to cover too large a number of wine producing regions, the Lutyens wine list aims to focus on some exciting wine regions in depth. Key countries are France, particularly Burgundy, Italy, Germany (with an emphasis on dry wines) and New Zealand – thanks to Andrew Connor, the Kiwi head sommelier and manager of Lutyens. The selection of wines by the glass includes a range of styles to complement the diverse menus.
