David Burke, our Irish head chef, has created a fine selection of menus to showcase some of his favourite ingredients and recipes. Breakfast, lunch and dinner menus will include Irish produce and traditional Irish dishes. The bar will offer delicious Irish oysters and the cocktail list will feature inventive whiskey-based drinks alongside the more traditional Black Velvet. |
